Based at 1000 Hills Chef School, Megan, the full-time brewer behind Clockwork Brewhouse, has been crafting unique brews since 2014. Clockwork Brewhouse was born from a love for brewing and experimenting with new styles. Megan and her team are passionate about making beer an experience, not just a beverage, always putting quality before quantity. For them, every pint is a chance to showcase their dedication to the craft.
Joining her is Dion, the part-time brewery owner behind Doctrine Brewing. Dion’s approach is rooted in standing by core principles, ensuring that each brew remains distinct and original. While it’s easy to focus on profit, Doctrine Brewing stays committed to using only quality ingredients, believing that excellence should never be compromised for the sake of accessibility. Their goal? To create beers that excite and inspire, staying true to the spirit of craft brewing.
