1. Eligibility for Returns
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• The Beer Passport must be unused and in its original, unopened condition.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
• Any Beer Passports that have been used, stamped, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned or refunded.
3. Refund Process
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
4. Exchanges
• If you receive a damaged or defective passport, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item to initiate an exchange.
5. Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect upon arrival.
